Scheduling Students
Open Scheduler Module
Schedule Students into Class Sections
- Scheduler always opens with the window Students by Grade open. This
is your prime working window. If you click the right arrow of the bottom
scroll bar, you will view the following.
- The first window is the entire student body
- The first click (second window) is all 9th grade students
- The second click is all the 10th grade students
- The third click is all the 11th grade students
- The forth click is all the 12th grade students
- The fifth click is the current class. If you double click on a scheduled
class section, you will see all the students in that section.

Schedule Students
- Under View select List of Classes
- Highlight the class section you are scheduling
- Under Edit; select Copy
- Click on the Students by Grade window
to make it active
- Select the students to be scheduled in this class section by clicking in the box at the right
- Do this in any of the student windows
- Hold the Shift key and from the Edit menu
select Paste.
- Click OK to the two dialog boxes that
appear.
- You will notice that this number of students has been added to students
in right side of the List of Classes window for the selected section.

- The students just scheduled will be listed in the Students by Grade
window. If this same group of students are to be scheduled into another
class, you can hold the shift key and click one of the students boxes,
all will be selected. If one is not to be included, click that box to de-select
that student. Then go to step 2.
- Note:
- If a mistake is made, you can Quit Scheduler WITHOUT SAVING
- The schedule reverts back to when you started.
