Reducing the Printed Size of Reports

 

There are various methods you can use to reduce the size of reports.

The following are some suggestions:

• Decrease the font size (see the Style menu).
• Use Landscape Printing orientation (see the File menu, Print Setup).
• Remove extraneous information (see the Style menu, Grades).
• Change margin settings (see the Style menu, General Report Prefs).
• Adjust or uncheck the Reserve lines option (see the Style menu, Individual Report Prefs).
