PowerSchool: Viewing Activity on Parent/Guardian & Student Portal Access
To view activity on Parent/Guardian & Student Portal access for the entire school:
1. Login to PowerSchool, then go to the Reports link on the left hand menu (under Functions).
2. At the Reports menu, go to the Statistics section.
3. Select Parental Access Statistics.
4. Enter the date range you wish to use.
5. Click Submit.
To view activity on Parent/Guardian & Student Portal access for individual students:
1. Login to PowerSchool, then select a student.
2. Go to the Student Information page.
3. From the left hand column, go to the Administration section.
4. Select the link for Net Access.
5. You will now be able to view a summary of the date/time & duration of recent logins.
